Personal Information - During the order process, some of your personal information is collected to process payment and deliver your order. We use a secure credit card processor with high level data encryption so that you can trust that your information is safe.
Privacy Policy - We will not sell or provide your personal information to any third party. If you have placed an order with us, you may receive e-mails with news and promotional information. There is a link at the bottom of each e-mail where you can choose to unsubscribe.
Returns / Exchanges - It is our goal to satisfy every customer and minimize the need for returns through our excellent service. Due to the personalized nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty.
Free Proofs - We offer a free proof on most custom printed items. If changes are made and another proof is required, a $5 fee will be charged for each additional proof. Once a proof is approved, Polka Dot Paper Shop cannot be held responsible for text errors or changes.
Changes / Cancellations - Changes can be made on your order until the proof is approved. At that point, the order is printed and no changes can be made. We will make an effort to change what we can. If a change is possible, there is a $15 change fee. This includes changes in quantity, shipping method, wording, layout, etc.
If an order is cancelled , the customer is responsible for the full product price at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax - We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of Virginia. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Virginia.
Payment Types - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you are purchasing at a in-home party, we do accept checks with the appropriate identification.
Special Promotions - We offer special promotions from time to time, such as free shipping. These offers are subject to change at any time.
Delivery Times - We do our best to provide an estimate of processing and delivery times. There are situations where orders take longer to process. Please keep in mind that these are estimated times and that your order may take longer to process and deliver.
Shipping Rates - We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options that are suitable to your delivery needs.
