Wiggles Party Theme 101

We have come to a decision. My daughter’s 2nd birthday party will be a Wiggle’s Theme Party!

She is completely obsessed with The Wiggles, so there really is no other option. I’ve done some preliminary google searches & compiled some great ideas.

The Invitation – I’ve chosen this bright & colorful polka dot invitation to compliment the Wiggles theme. I love that you can print your personalized party info inside the polka dots!

The Food – We’ll continue the Wiggles theme with the food. The menu currently consists of fruit salad & hot potatoes (French fries or tater tots). And the best idea yet is Henry the Octopus Hot Dogs. Just slice a hot dog the long way a few times, but not all the way through. Then, place them in boiling water & watch the octopus legs curl up just like Henry’s!

Fashion Week in Paper

New York just wrapped up Fashion Week and orange was all the buzz.

The same trends you find the latest clothing fashions will be present in the 2008 releases of designer invitations and stationery.

Animal Prints
We’ve recently seen Animal Prints cross over from your closet to your stationery. The 2008 release from Noteworthy features a line of designer animal print note pads, note cards, and invitations.

Orange is It
We saw designers using a lot of neutral colors with one strong pop of orange. Either in the belt, shoes, or jewelry. Designers used other bright even neon shades in the same manner.
